WOKE ME UP…
I got the cold shower after a devastating miscarriage.
It was the moment I realized that despite all I had "achieved" I was still not truly fulfilled on this inside.
So I started to question my identity…
“Who was I?
And it was at that moment the universe introduced me to an incredible woman who would become my coach and mentor.
In our first session, she asked me such a simple yet profound question…
When will you be the CEO of your life?
It was like lightning struck
I started to see all the areas of my life where I was handing my power over to things outside of myself.
And I started to realize how attached I had become to my job title, my bank account, my resume or even my relationships to determine my satisfaction or value in life.
I was completely caught up in the "when-then" mindset that so many of us experience…
"when x happens, then I will feel like I've made it"
It was time to take my
Power back!
So I made the life changing decision and courageous commitment to go on a long inner journey of self-healing and discovery.
In the end, I birthed a new woman AND a proprietary coaching methodology, known as 'Mindset Energy'.
